About Chris Dwan

I am a creative problem solver with a background in designing high-quality, human-centered objects that consider their life cycle and environmental impact. I have designed and made products for the film, music & arts, ecology, retail, scientific, and manufacturing sectors while working with some incredible teams along the way.I love the journey of investigation and research; from prototyping and testing through to creating beautiful, engaging, market-ready products. I take a collaborative and design-led approach to finding creative solutions and utilise user research and observation to aid in the development of meaningful product experiences.I take care to consider a product's life cycle; creating objects that are more useful, long-lasting, and have less impact on the environment. I am an advocate for sustainable design practices, with the aim of creating a better future through designing for the circular economy and empowering people in their lives.I am obsessed with quality, and the intersection between precision technology and traditional crafting methods.I have far too many interests but can often be found hiking in the bushes, making music, skateboarding, spending time with my family, or dreaming about motorcycle adventures.
