I’m an accomplished and detail-oriented IT/Cyber Security Professional with a strong history of success leading teams across all aspects of Agile Software Development, IT infrastructure management, system security, hardware/software solution implementation, and technical support. Over the years, I’ve prioritized continuous professional development and kept abreast of latest advancements in enterprise-grade information systems and communications technology. Having orchestrated complex projects involving IT infrastructure and network administration for US Coast Guard’s national operations, I have greatly refined my strengths in IT project leadership, systems and network administration, cyber security, upgrade, migration, end-user support, hardware/software configuration, communication systems, and day-to-day IT operations management.
