Over the last 38 years, I have been fortunate to work on highly complexly serviced research & Medical projects as Project Director I have been responsible for the delivery of projects throughout the planning, Construction, Commissioning & Practical Completion My success stems from my competitive drive and a deep-seated desire to build and in helping our clients realize their dream. For this, I maintain the highest of ethical business practices and standards and keep track of every detail. My focus has always been what is best for project as I feel this is the true responsibility of the project management professional I have also been responsible for preparing and establish of project plans, value engineering, manage and control implementation processes, execute change orders, prepare project documentation, and evaluating and report progress from project bid to close-out for multiple commercial construction projects.
