I lead initiatives to scale care services for people with complex needs. My focus is on building sustainable growth strategies that improve the client journey, strengthen caregiver recruitment and retention, and ensure families have real choice in how care at home is delivered. My path into home care is shaped by a cross-sector journey: • Healthcare & genetics – my early career taught me the importance of evidence-based practice and patient outcomes. • Product leadership – 20 years leading product and digital teams across energy, finance and healthcare gave me the skills to design scalable platforms, drive customer growth, and lead cross-functional teams. • Growth in home care – I now combine these perspectives to bring innovation, data insight and customer-first thinking into one of society’s most important sectors.
