About Chris Ennen

I am an experienced geoscientist with almost 20 years of experience in the oil and gas field development, wellsite operations, seismic processing and interpretation. I integrate geological and geophysical data to deliver actionable insights to optimize field development and find new reserves. Right now I'm a wellsite logging specialist with Diversified Well Logging, I analyze subsurface data to ensure accurate wellbore placement and provide real-time updates to clients on drilling progress and subsurface changes. Before that, I spent nearly a decade at White Oak Energy developing detailed field evaluation and development studies, and identified potential upside opportunities for Gulf Coast and South Texas assets. I started my career at SLB interpreting complex salt bodies in the deepwater Gulf of Mexico and leading seismic processing projects from field tapes to final product. I hold an M.S. in Geophysics from the University of Houston and a B.S. in Geology from Oklahoma State University. I know Kingdom, Petrel, OpendTect and Petra.
