About Chris F.

Chris Fullman is a veteran of the web industry with over 22 years of marketing, communications, policy, and strategy experience. Throughout his career, Chris has built, managed, launched, and supported hundreds of integrated campaigns, websites, and mobile apps for award-winning agencies—notably TEN (formerly AgencyNet), The Martin Agency, his development production studio, Antimatter Co, and now Elevation. In addition to keeping a constant watch on an organization’s view, Chris also has an extensive, in-depth understanding of the many cohesive systems, specialized teams, and strategic partnerships that keep things running smoothly. Instead of asking, “what do we do now,” he proactively works to find the answers to “what would we do if.” Then, he helps put those policies and playbooks into practice. As part of Chris’s continued professional development, he’s sought to round out his skill set with public relations, open data, toolkits, templates, risk/crisis mitigation, stakeholder engagement, coalition building, strategic partnerships, budgeting, and cost/benefit analysis. Additionally, Chris is a strong proponent for research and development, online/offline shared experiences (e.g, interactive exhibits and reactive/ adaptive installations), data privacy/security, innovative fundraising models, and community organization. For the past six years, Chris has worked to support nonprofit, education, public-focused, and community-centered organizations in the Richmond, VA area. Notably, Chris recently completed Leadership Metro Richmond’s “Leadership Quest” program (Class of 2019), led a research project that ultimately helped to push for and pass legislation in the 2020 Virginia General Assembly (HB 788), and joined the Board of Directors for Girls For A Change.
