Chris focuses his commercial real estate efforts in the great Salt Lake City market, including secondary and tertiary markets such as Layton, Bountiful, Ogden, and Logan meeting with business partners and building relationships with new companies and developers interested in this dynamic area. Chris is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee. The CCIM designation is one of the most comprehensive commercial real estate recognitions in the industry being held by an estimated 6% of commercial brokers nationally.Chris is also among a select group of commercial real estate brokers that have achieved the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR) designation.
