Multi-Family/New Constantly • since 2019 I have been involved with several multi family, commercial and residential projects as a Superintendent overseeing the vital and demanding trades to complete projects ranging from 5-45 million dollars. Carpentry • Mostly structural framework and additions, involving porch additions, entire stick build roof renovations interior trim and framing for bathroom and kitchen renovations including demolition. • Structural concrete forming and layout for footers • Roof sheathing and underlayment Bridge construction- • Varying but not limited to concrete girder bridges, wooden bridges, core slab, and steel girder bridge • Demolition, maintenance and repair, knowledge of form carpentry, welding, setting girders, rigging, grading, pouring concrete • Core slab panel removal and replacement – concrete milling and overlay, Crack injection and spall repair • Diaphragm installation, mid-air splices, driving pile, setting and tying rebar, operating heavy equipment, crane operator (friction & hydraulic cranes) • Reading and understanding blueprints and engineered drawings, scheduling and planning, surveying with use of transit and level Marine construction- • varying but not limited to foreman/crane operator (hydraulic & friction), crane barges, heavy equipment operator, tending divers • fender systems – Maintenance and new installation, floating docks, carpentry, boat ramps, • helical anchors, platypus and “dead Man”, bulk heads, retaining walls, sheet pile walls • pile driving (wood, concrete & steel), cofferdams, rock shoring, surveying with use of transit and level, reading and understanding blue prints and drawings, scheduling and planning
