About Chris Fedele

Ever since I was a kid, I’ve always been interested in how things are built. Even as an undergrad in business finance, my focus was on learning how great companies were built—how they start, how they grow, and how they make financial decisions to ensure sustainability. My 18-plus-year career in construction operations management has centered primarily on driving companies’ growth by directing the planning and completion of high-end, multimillion-dollar community buildouts. There’s nothing I love better than looking at an uncleared parcel of land and envisioning the possibilities that lie ahead. Living and working in Central Florida—where construction is always the norm—there’s no shortage of opportunities to imagine what might become of a newly-cordoned field, or what’s going on behind the latest “closed for refurbishment” sign at a decades-old attraction inside an area theme park. Change is the inherent nature of modern civilization, and I feel fortunate to be right in the thick of it, plotting the “what’s next” and directing large teams in executing the countless details needed to guide a project to successful completion. Always focused on maximizing profitability and ROI, I’ve used my leadership strengths to optimize operations, and institute measures and controls to glean efficiencies and minimize expenses. I continuously look for better and faster ways of getting the job done without losing sight of the details and compromising quality. At the end of the day, my work boils down to creating a stellar customer experience. Whether it’s showcasing a state-of-the-art solar energy installation or walking a homeowner through a high-quality build, it’s ensuring a stellar customer experience that drives my day.
