About Chris Fike

As a Project Specialist at Wilson & Franco, I leverage my 10 years of software implementation experience to deliver quality solutions for clients in the property tax industry. Before joining Wilson & Franco, I worked as a Software Implementation Consultant at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, where I was responsible for providing on-site consulting and training for new in-house developed software for customers in the automotive industry. I developed and rolled out the training tools and procedures, and worked with product managers, programmers, and sales to launch new products. I also handled the installation and verification of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application, and selected and assessed the pilot sites for usability testing. I am passionate about bridging the gap between users and developers, and ensuring that the software solutions meet the needs and expectations of the clients. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders. I am motivated by the challenges and opportunities that come with software implementation, and I strive to deliver high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
