About Chris Flores

My professional experiences include 10 years of Project Management in the signage industry. I've done super custom high profile one off projects like the latest one in Times Square New York NY for Quiksilver. I've also worked on Re-Image conversions with over 350 national locations, which required us to gather a team of experienced Project Managers, compile and submit branding recommendations to Corporate, get the clients blessing, create permit drawings, obtain city permits, release to fabrication, communicate the scope to local vendors, and negotiate contracts with installers, coordinate shipping, schedule installations (around 350 businesses that operate via vehicle traffic at the project site), obtain final city sign off, and follow a very meticulous invoicing procedure. I personally began in the industry performing installations, then the opportunity came about to manage the projects I was installing, at which point, I was coordinating with all local ordinances for permits, submitting approved plans to production, and then scheduling my own crews to go out and perform the installations. From there it was a natural fit for me to remain in Project Management. As the years passed I honed in on the Project Management skills and focusing more on the Sales side of things. As time passed I developed a niche for myself in Sales, and that has brought me to where I am today! Specialties: Being able to identify with all levels of a sign project, no matter what phase it is in. I have performed almost every single phase of a sign project personally, so I have a very good understanding of all levels of every stage in a sign project.
