With over three decades of experience in logistics, materials, and supply chain management, I am the Senior Director of Private Fleet at Dollar General, one of the largest and most efficient private fleets in the country. I oversee the operations and strategy of our transportation network, ensuring the safety, service, and sustainability of our assets and customers. In my previous roles as the Managing Director of Warehousing and Transportation Strategy at Tyson Foods, I led and supported multiple projects and initiatives to improve the performance and optimization of both functions. I reduced costs, increased productivity, enhanced customer satisfaction, and implemented best practices and technologies. I am passionate about building and empowering high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, and creating value for our stakeholders and communities. I am always eager to learn new skills, expand my knowledge, and explore new opportunities in the field of logistics.
