About Chris Frericks

With 18+ years of experience in sales and marketing, I am a passionate and results-oriented leader who drives growth and innovation for consumer packaged goods (CPG) and retail companies. I earned my MBA while working full time and have a strong background in strategy, direct sales, and people management. As the Vice President of CPG Sales Region at Quotient Technology, I am proud to be part of a dynamic and diverse team that empowers brands and retailers to connect with consumers and drive sales. In my current role, I set the go-to-market strategy, hire and manage a team of 16 direct reports, and deliver above quota on a $100M territory. I have successfully re-designed the organization and priorities behind the revenue shift between media and promotion product lines, and I have established C-level leadership engagements with top-tier food, beverage, and household clients. I have also grown revenue with more than $15M in media commitments, achieving a 70% media vs. 30% promotion revenue mix, compared to the company average of 30% media vs. 70% promotion. I leverage my skills in direct sales, strategy, and people management to build a high-performing selling culture and strengthen partnerships with CPGs and retailers.
