About Chris Galarza

My past experiences in coaching taught me about planning and that you must plan for the unexpected whether it be someone getting hurt or you get into a sticky situation. That you must always be ready and expect the unexpected. From retail I learned things from observing and listening to customers and also employees. As a manager, although customers are buying your products, the employees are the ones driving them to buy more product and also retain those customers. Keep the customers happy, but also it is important to keep your employees happy as well. Working on marketing plans taught me how to find the problem/or what can be improved and the underlying reasons for it not working as well as it could. These different areas of work and the knowledge learned from school has prepared me with the tools to help me grow and become an asset to any company that takes a chance on me.
