I bring a strategic mindset and a commitment to excellence cultivated through years of experience in diverse, client-facing roles. My journey has been marked by a dedication to delivering exceptional service to current and potential clients/members as well as the team of staff. Having played sports most of my life has allowed me to recognize the importance of teamwork and how everybody has a role to play to achieve the results you want. Helping each other reach a goal brings a feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction that I wish to share with those around me. I've earned two degrees from City College of San Francisco, one in Financial Management and the other in Hospitality Management. Recently I achieved the title of Financial Coach by passing the CUNA Financial Counseling Certification Program (FiCEP) which bolsters my ability to help others plan and following through with their financial goals by instilling knowledge of saving, investing, and proper spending habits. My hospitality background shines within the world of finance with my personability and understanding of peoples' needs. In a similar vein, I enjoy following the nuances of the economy and its affects on business operations and individuals, watching stock market trends, and reading company financial models. On a personal note, I'm an avid sports fan and always enjoy attending a live game. Being around family and friends is very important to me, as is learning and engaging in new experiences. Kindness and positivity are contagious and a little goes a long way.
