Chris is a professional geologist and senior geological and governance leader with more than 25 years with mining, exploration and governance experience. He has extensive experience in managing mineral reserves mineral resource verification and certification, providing technical guidance and assurance to operations, projects and studies, ensuring application of leading geological practices. He is acknowledged as a skilled and pragmatic facilitator, bringing multidisciplinary groups together to ensure technically feasible action plans and compliance. Excellent mentor and leader through open communication and collaborative approaches across disciplines. Chris is a strategic thinker in deposit knowledge, mineral inventory growth, management and resource development with proven results in mineral resource and value growth and prioritization. Chris provides and coordinates technical support in the development and monitoring of standards and practices, mineral resource estimation, production reconciliation, mining KPIs, governance and regulatory requirements, M&A and project studies, audits and risk analysis, and process improvement. Chris has practical experience in all aspects of field geological functions including: drilling, sampling, QAQC, grade and dilution control, production reconciliation and analysis, mining adherence, geometallurgy. Extensive underground experience in a variety of underground mining methods including cut & fill, narrow vein, vertical retreat, blasthole, slot-slash as well as open pit and laterite operations. Strong knowledge of resource estimation techniques, risk and strategic analysis. Strong knowledge of governance and regulatory requirements including, S-K 1300, NI 43-101, CIM guidelines, CRIRSCO.
