Almost 20 years ago I decided to take a “gap year”, swapping a warm South African summer for a bitterly cold winter in the UK. After a minor adjustment period to the weather and accepting that being unable to feel your extremities when venturing outdoors was perfectly normal in the UK, I settled into a role that gave me a fantastic insight into the ins-and-outs of technology and software - inspiring my career within IT.Fast forward a few “gap years” later, I am currently employed as Commercial Director at Primary Technology Ltd leading a team of sales and admin staff, having previously managed the Sales & Marketing department. I have a strong background in Sales & Marketing, with over 15 years’ experience providing services such as Managed IT Support, Cloud, SaaS, Cybersecurity, Network Architecture, Audio Visual, IT Strategy & Consultancy and Project Management.I am a dedicated, motivated and resourceful professional known for helping companies embrace changes to their IT, in order to get to the next level and achieve their goals. Among my colleagues, I am known for continually building strong relationships with suppliers and clients while developing and executing new sales strategies to generate growth.When I’m not helping companies and organisations with their IT, I spend my free time with my amazing family, planning an adventure away or time permitting the occasional round of golf with friends.Please feel free to reach out to me on LinkedIn if you ever need any advice or guidance with your IT.
