Background
About Chris Goodman
In the last 17 yrs I have trained and developed many manger in the health club industry in both Washington and Arizona on the sales side and fitness side. When both Washington and Arizona clubs were sold my Peoria club held every record in sales in NB. EFT PT. and fastest rising dues base largest grand opening and had 3 fitness consultants taken from me to become general managers or sales managers and 3 receptionists become club coordinators within 6 months of the grand opening. I love teaching this field and believe you don't hire employees you hire future managers. this industry is service mentality and in a tank full of sharks i was the whale that survived while the sharks starve to death because i changed how the game was played like it or not it is worth it to work together not against each other
