With over 17 years of combined experience in sales, aviation, and military operations, I am an Associate Market Manager at Lucid Motors, a leading electric vehicle company. I have a Master of Business Administration with Distinction from Staffordshire University, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from Stratford Business School. I also hold a Distinguished Flying Cross, a prestigious award for gallantry in the air, from Her Majesty The Queen. In my current role, I am responsible for training, managing, and delegating tasks to a high-performance team, developing data-driven sales strategies and techniques, and maintaining a keen eye on market developments and business opportunities. I also identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational roadblocks, prioritize and schedule logistics effectively, and balance brand building and studio success.
