About Chris Graber

With over 15 years of experience in product management, I am passionate about creating solutions that empower creators to monetize their content and connect with their audiences. As the Creator Product Lead at Collective Voice, a subsidiary of Rakuten Rewards, I lead the development of Tapto.Shop, a groundbreaking link-in-bio solution that enables over 600 of our top creators to showcase their products, services, and recommendations in one place. I apply my skills and knowledge in human-centered design, digital innovation, and Agile development to deliver products that are user-friendly, scalable, and data-driven. I conduct market research, usability testing, and data analysis to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. I collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and analytics, to ensure alignment and execution of our product vision and roadmap. I also leverage my MBA in Marketing and Computer Science degree to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and to promote our product to potential and existing customers.
