About Chris Grech

As someone with over 10 years in a management role and a lot of experience hiring individuals as well as helping them train and grow in their selected field, I believe I have all the necessary requirements for most management positions as well as the passion to help encourage and fun and successful work environment. My education at Algonquin College in Theatrical Arts has allowed me to develop my communication and presentation skills, as well as my ability to function successfully as a team member or independently to complete tasks and projects. My confident, professional and positive attitude affords me the drive to remain motivated as well as think outside the box when problem solving. My volunteer positions with local community theaters has further honed my ability to work well with others and enhanced my ability to be creative with projects. In my current position as Warehouse Manager at Bespoke Audio Visual, I have gained a vast amount of experience and interpersonal skills. Reporting to my Director Of Operations I am expected to track the goals of each staff member (between 8-20 associates) as well as maintain inventory and overall cleanliness of the warehouse. I am also responsible for creating work schedules for all the employees as well as writing reviews for each employee. Also, I am always trying to keep up to date with any new purchases that our company makes over the course of the year.
