About Chris Green

I’m an explorer at heart. I'm passionate about finding new ways to help organisations grow and adapt as their markets and customers' behaviours change. I get excited about transforming organisations to become truely customer centric both in terms of how they create and deliver value for their customers but also how they operate their businesses with an outside-in perspective. I have a strong learning orientation and enjoy leveraging cutting edge methods for uncovering the causal drivers of customer behaviour and then leveraging these insights to create growth opportunities and focus on the things that drive customers' purchasing behaviour and loyalty. I've worked in everything from startups to large, complex organisations. I’ve had leadership roles in many service industries including telcos, utilities, health and financial services so I understand what it takes to be an effective leader when it comes to implementing strategy, delivering growth, driving innovation and leading cross-functional teams to make change happen. I'm also an explorer outside work. I took two years out to explore the world by sailing my boat from the UK to NZ. I'm a hang glider pilot, surfer, adventure traveller and a sailor who loves to compete in the most advanced foiling dinghies.
