I have 5 years experience in the Accounting & Corporate Finance industry, in this time my role has developed to have a significant positive impact on their business's and allowing them to achieve their goals. I have developed complex financial models, cash flow management tools, performed business valuations for a range of uses, performed due diligence on a range of transactions, prepared internal management accounts and provided accompanying analysis of the monthly performance of a range of businesses. I have expertise in providing a range of tax services including, preparation of tax returns for private companies, preparation of tax advice (structuring, stamp duty as a result of acquisition), application of capital gains concessions. The most rewarding moments for me are when I can use my analytical and excel skills to provide meaningful insights to my clients and thus helping them and their business's succeed.
