I am an embedded software engineer with over 15 years of experience designing, developing, testing and integrating embedded software and user interfaces for electro-optical communications systems. I enjoy debugging hardware-software interactions and am comfortable with both embedded and user-facing software. I have experience with multiple embedded platforms including Xilinx Virtex and Zynq FPGAs, and ARM, PowerPC, and Microblaze processors as well as several microcontroller families. Most embedded programming has been C and C++. My GUI work has been mostly C#, with a bit of Python, HTML, and Javascript thrown in for good measure.
