When a confidential law firm required immediate reporting, reconciliations and projection improvements to secure additional financing, as Fractional CFO I repaired several control weakness and reporting deficiencies. I developed exports and reconciliation tools, repaired issues with trust fund reporting, innovated robust account case projection tool, and implemented cash flow models. Succeeded in transforming operations to grow line of credit $10m <10-months. When a confidential health care company needed to transform operations and financials to return to profitability, as CFO I analyzed its financial position to form transition strategy. I investigated sales and cost data, revalued contracts, increased GM across portfolio, then innovated tracking and reporting tools to grow profitability.
