About Chris Haas

After 25 years in EPC Project Execution & Project Controls with large, well-known industry players, I’m proud to announce that I have founded my own company - Total Project Controls - to espouse and provide a “best practices” approach towards Program Management/Project Planning, serving Owners, Contractors and Sub-Contractors.My experience has shown that expert, independent, third-party management teams tasked with setting up and executing the Project Execution and Project Controls functions consistently produce significant savings in total installed cost (TIC) as well as life-cycle cost (LCC). Total Project Controls (TPC) was formed to meet the need for expert, high-caliber Project Management professionals that are trained in common "best practices" and understand that "True" data integration is key to providing due diligence on timely accurate, factual project information. TPC has already experienced significant success, and I’m humbled and flattered by the number of friends, associates and colleagues that want to work with us.
