About Chris Harper

I am a collaborative, inclusive, and communicative leader with extensive financial/fiscal planning, project management, along with program development/management, policy development, and consultation expertise. For over seventeen years in the Ontario Public Service, I have ensured the effective management of projects, initiatives, and program funding allocations/appropriations to implement strategic goals across the province. I currently thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment providing financial support, complex analysis, and strategic advice in support of the Ministry of Infrastructure (MOI) business planning and strategic goals. I am repeatedly selected by Senior Management as the champion and point person to establish the Ministry along with OPS wide business practices and processes as part of various working groups, forums, and project teams. I have ensured that I can fully satisfy requests and managing competing demands within very tight deadlines along with quickly changing priorities. Personally, I am interested and active in the areas of Ontario heritage, sport, recreation, tourism and culture industries as my family and I frequently travel across the province in search of our next adventure.
