About Chris Harrison

I am BMW Master Technician with over 16 years brand experience. I am Hybrid/ Electric vehicle Level 4 trained with further HV Training booked this year. I prefer electrical fault finding with a preference towards BMW i and e Products. I am always up-to-date with latest technology and models, I do this in my own time and through the use of training provided by the BMW Group Academy. I have over hours of training completed with the BMW Group. I’m always willing to take on new tasks and responsibilities whether that be supporting colleagues in training or designing and implementing internal processes. Since being at North Oxford BMW I have been in control of ensuring our department meets our partner manufacturer’s requirements for technical actions, designing and organising a special tool organisational system and ensuring colleagues are supported in training requirements. I have stepped up when needed to cover tasks that need covering after people have left the company including maintaining computer systems, pricing and costing internal and retail work and also periods of workshop control.
