About Chris Hart

I help bring upper mid-scale hotel accommodations to communities that want and need them, increasing the tax base and giving business people and tourists more reason to stay "in town". The addition of a Cobblestone Hotel in a community often provides the ability to host sports tournaments, festivals, business travelers, hospital visitors, alumni gatherings, etc. because it allows people to stay close. That makes the pie bigger for everyone. Our model and service mix is specifically tailored for communities that are ignored by the big national brands, or have additional need. We are a largely turn-key solution in the sense that we own the brand, handle construction and can manage the hotel.
