Currently, Chris is a Founder and Operator of the following growing businesses- Spero Insurance Agency, a full service insurance agency operating in California. Offering Property & Casualty (Home & Auto), Commercial & Life coverage- Clear2Close Brokers - Mortgage Finance - Mortgage Trading Analytics - Mortgage Hedging Analytics - Seagull Prime Real Estate Fund - Real Estate Development Fund, focused on Multi-Family, Single Family and Mixed Use Developments Chris is also a Board Member of the Hart Family Foundation, who's grant making focus is on Children battling Cancer and all of the aspects associated with this fight - from housing to care to simply having fun. Previously, Chris has been President & CEO of- First Cal - Mortgage Banking firm operating in 42 states, with 450 employees, annual revenue of $42 Million and total fundings of more than $15 Billion- Tivoli Asset Management, a specialty finance and venture capital entity. Recently, Mr. Hart marketed, negotiated and sold the following owned Companies: Standard Trust Deed Service, an independent Trust Deed Company operating in the Western U.S, and; RSVP, a foreclosure publishing and posting Company operating in 29 States across the U.S. Chris served for 4 years (2007 -2011) as a member of the Fannie Mae Western Region Advisory Board and represented the CAMB Platinum Partner’s as the ex-officio seat on the 2010 CAMB Board of Directors. Mr. Hart is a Licensed California Real Estate Broker and a Licensed California Insurance Agent. He received his bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of San Diego in Of everything Chris has done or is doing, his single greatest success has been his marriage to his high school sweetheart and the three children they have together.and maybe (secretly) the dog is included now, too.
