About Chris Hedley

Hey, I’m Chris, a fitness coach based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK. I’ll be honest with you, I’m probably not your idea of a typical PT. My love of fitness never came from a fantastic body transformation or competitive achievement like some coaches. In fact, what first led me down the road of "fitness" was finding Parkour & Freerunning in my early teens. To a bunch of kids obsessed with X – Men, Jackie Chan, Ninjas & Superheros, people doing crazy flips, big jumps & awesome skills in the street was the coolest thing we had ever seen & we wanted to learn how to do that too! Since then I've had a growing interest in what weird, wonderful & awesome things the body can do, and how to develop the "broad scope fitness" to achieve this without being confined to “typical" gym training. So, you can probably tell that I'm not exactly a "Back and Bi's" kind of guy. In fact, if your looking to place on the podium after stepping on stage or on the platform, I'm probably not your best bet! But.if your looking to simply feel Fitter, Stronger & Better than Yesterday, while boosting your confidence and having some fun with your training, then I'm definitely a coach that can help with that!
