About Chris Hillyer

When I was in grade school, I never took the easy way out. Group Projects, presentations, research assignments - it didn't matter. I always looked for the challenge in the project because that's where I found the rewards for a job well done. I didn't need someone to tell me that I did it or could have done it better. I knew. I wasn't always successful, but I never stopped until it was done. Years later, few things have changed. My external motivators - my family and particularly my children - have changed what drives me. However, looking for the challenge and striving for myself and those around me to win has only grown stronger. With proper leadership, mentors and experience throughout the years, I've only grown stronger and more efficient at solving problems.I've joined LinkedIn to keep in touch with Leadership and Project Management Professionals, including those I've worked with in the past.
