Practical. Collaborative. Restlessly Curious. I live at the intersection of strategy and creation. With 25+ years in technology leadership, I’ve guided product strategy, enterprise architecture, and market development at scale while staying hands-on as a builder and problem solver. My career has always been about crossing boundaries: from boardroom strategy to console logs, from compliance frameworks to prototypes, from vendor ecosystems to original IP. That perspective began in broadcast operations, where systems had to work flawlessly, because when mistakes went live, every viewer knew it. That 24/7 environment still shapes how I lead: calm under pressure, detail-driven, and focused on resilience. Since then, at Grocery Gateway, BlackBerry, CA Technologies, and Empowered/OPTM, I’ve led teams across solutions architecture, IT operations, GRC, and market development. I’ve advanced SOC 2 Type II readiness, driven ISO 27001 and GDPR programs, architected large-scale cloud solutions on AWS and Azure, and steered digital transformation initiatives that connected people, process, and technology across organizations. Over the past two years, my teams have delivered $10M+ in products and services to each of our top three enterprise customers: growth and results earned through trust, collaboration, and technical credibility. Two proof points I’m proud of: • Infoblox partnership: Consistently among their top ten global partners, and the only one delivering the full cycle from “hello” to implementation entirely in-house. • Empowered Advisor: Born from a customer comment and a prototype I built, it’s now been in the market 7+ years, serving 100+ customers and generating $1.5–2M ARR. What sets me apart is that I don’t just define vision, I prototype it. From Python and React proofs-of-concept to AWS-native architectures, from LogicMonitor integrations to enterprise DDI with Infoblox, I bridge the gap between ideas and execution, accelerating time-to-value. Outside work, I stay restlessly curious: writing, investing, building electronics, or keeping an old Jeep Wagoneer on the road. And yes, I’m a proud Canadian, which for me means leading with collaboration, pragmatism, humility, and a touch of humour.
