About Chris Horton
I've been in the payroll field since 1993. From working with small companies to large multi-location and multi-state corporations. I have served as payroll processor to payroll manager to operations manager, now owner. After working for another small payroll company, my wife and I decided to venture out on our own. On July 1st, 2002 we started Payrunner Payroll. Here we are today serving businesses throughout Orange, Riverside and Los Angeles Counties, as well as out-of-state clients. Along the way I have formed many great working relationships, and partnerships, with other small business owners that sell services we can offer to our clients. Those services are: Human Resource Services, Background Searches and Drug Testing, Health Benefits, Time and Attendence Services, Pay-as-you-go Workers Compensation Insurance, Staffing Services, Employee and Verification Services. I have enjoyed serving our clients over the past 22 plus years and I look forward to serving them for many more. We allow our clients to process their payroll, their way, and customer service is what we pride ourselves on.
