About Chris Howard

I have worked with and forged relationships with senior stakeholders for most of my career. Understanding Stakeholder Requirements helps me to understand their needs when developing new systems and processes. I have worked as a technical adviser (in a service desk environment) an Innovation Practitioner (Heading up ideation and co-creation) and as a Technical Partner Liaison (acting as a conduit between the customer’s requirements and third parties to find partners with appropriate solutions to requirements). I’ve facilitated Ideation campaigns across the business in all sectors including Transport, Utilities, Manufacturing, Public Sector, campaigns also occasionally included Universities. A typical campaign timeline would include scoping out business requirements by meeting with stakeholders and understanding their goals and objectives, agreeing those objectives and translating that into a workable campaign. I would then promoted that campaign to the relevant invitees across the business and externally. Managing any inputs to those campaigns and feeding back to stakeholders based on performance. I would then compile the results and facilitate an evaluation of these ideas by the key stakeholders against the agreed business objectives.
