I have over 9 years of experience in auditing and public accounting in the U.S. and U.K. I am an Attest Services Manager at Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C. and previously worked at James Cowper Kreston (UK), both members of Kreston International, a global network of independent accounting firms. I predominantly work with public companies and venture capital-backed private companies looking for a public exit through traditional IPOs or reverse mergers. I have expertise in the technology and life science industries, software, manufacturers and research and development companies. I assist my clients with technical areas of accounting including revenue recognition, acquisition accounting, equity and debt instruments and stock-based compensation. Competencies: US GAAP and IFRS, accounting for mergers and acquisitions, complex revenue and financing transactions and compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
