About Chris Jarrett

With over 23 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, I am a seasoned leader of sales engineering teams, with a passion for designing and implementing innovative solutions for SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise customers. In each role I have worked, the desired customer outcome is where every plan started. As a Regional Director of Sales Engineering at Comcast Business, I spearheaded a new structural organization of 23 Sales Engineers and Sales Engineer Managers, and facilitated the collaboration between the sales engineering team, National Engineering and Technical Operations. I also helped to win new business and manage existing customer relationships, while aligning with the company's mission and culture of delivering exceptional customer experience, value, and quality. In my previous role as a Regional Manager of Sales Engineering at Comcast Business, I drove Comcast Business Class sales by leading, coaching, and developing a sales engineering team. I developed and implemented processes and procedures to improve sales effectiveness and reduce cycle time, and acted as a subject matter expert for all Comcast Business Service's products and services. I also created tasks to track, work with, and offer insight to reduce the mean time to install for EDI services. I leveraged my skills in telecommunications, Voice over IP (VoIP), and network design to deliver optimal solutions for our customers.
