About Chris Jett

I have been involved in the retail music industry for over 30 years as a manager on the retail level, and as a district sales manager and independent manufacturer's representative on the manufacturing level. Aside from sales management I am also a performer (keyboards & guitar primarily), a club and mobile DJ, I have owned a commercial recording studio and have been a FOH engineer in multiple music venues and houses of worship. I have excellent presentation and speaking skills and have hosted workshops, product clinics and sales training sessions for a variety of companies.Outside of the music industry, I have worked as a professional product and event photographer, graphic designer and I have worked in television as a technical consultant and prop master's assistant (as well as being an occasional extra) for Dawson's Creek during their 6th season. I have screenwriting experience and have had a sitcom up for consideration at NBC.I have worked with and am comfortable around known personalities. I have excellent time-management and communication skills and I work well with others or by myself. As a manager, I excel when leading a sales team.My passions lie within the arts, primarily in music, photography, writing and film.
