I best fit on the front end of a process, where I can research and shape the strategy and later transform ideas into solutions that actually work. My leadership style is strategic and visionary. I bring ideas to life by organizing teams and resources efficiently, taking into account the strengths and weaknesses of each team member. I thrive in environments where I am given intellectual freedom to make my own discoveries.
