About Chris K.

I have over 14 years of experience working for Apple in their retail and corporate worlds. I have been everything from the guy who checks you in for appointments, known as a Concierge back in the day, to one of the leading Geniuses (in title only) in customer satisfaction and session duration times. I have climbed the ladder from the retail side of Apple and bridged the gap between the retail and corporate worlds, by going on multiple Career Experiences that allowed me to gain a position as a manual QA Engineer. Now I want to pivot into a new area of technology. I have enjoyed improving the customer experience at all levels at AllTrails and Apple. However, I am really interested in performing a new role within the Cybersecurity field. I hope to gain an entry-level position as a Junior SOC Analyst or a similar role. I love the idea of helping companies and individuals protect and secure their critical data. So, while I look for positions in the Cybersecurity field and learn new skills.
