Prior to Synerga, I co-founded Credas Solutions, a project-based consulting business that in less than 4 years grew from a start-up to a business that has grown exponentially, with more than 70 people working with leading clients around Australia. At Synerga, my mission is to bring deep capability and expertise to organisations to deliver real tangible outcomes for our clients. I have worked with many corporations across Australia and abroad. We bring a record of deep practical experience, structured methodologies to deliver superior outcomes to our clients, providing an alternative to the traditional Tier 1 firms. An executive with more than 30 years experience in Technology and Finance, having led large-scale Technology and Business projects. Worked extensively at the General Manager and CIO level with a strong background in Finance, Sales & Distribution and Operations across several industries - Banking, Superannuation, Travel/Airline, Consulting, Government. Passionate about creating an amazing experience for customers, leading high performing teams that create award winning innovation and maximising EBITDA. Line of sight to the customer ensures fit for purpose solutions. An exceptional leader of people, having managed 2500+ FTE across 5 countries, earnt strong engagement scores from his team and received external recognition of the capability and products delivered. Sharp negotiation skills have enabled delivery of increased value through global MSAs with tier 1 vendors, and large scale programmes have been successfully delivered across multiple geographies. Chris has managed $250M+pa operational budgets & $1B+ project budgets. Chris’s work experience spans Australia, India, NZ, UK & Asia. He is currently operating as an independant programme and management consultant primarily servicing organisations within the Financial Services sector.
