I am a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Associate Director at Salloway Property Consultants with over 20 years’ experience in a variety of professional disciplines within the field of commercial property and development land, representing a wide range of Corporate and Private clients in the areas of Investment and Development Advice; Landlord and Tenant; Strategic Consultancy. However, my main area of expertise is commercial property/ land disposals and acquisitions and in 2019 and 2020 I was awarded the ‘Most Active Agent for Derbyshire’ by Estates Gazette. A key to my success is built from my understanding of the mechanics of the market; a determination to recognise the unique requirements of the occupier; the resolve to find a compromise; and sheer hard work. These traits, together with an unparalleled knowledge of the local property market, and my ‘resolve to succeed’ attitude is a philosophy that has delivered success time and again for my clients. From my previous roles, I have also obtained additional qualifications, some of which include a Forklift Truck Licence, FA Coaching Badge Level 1 and Silver Service, the latter always comes in handy when setting the table at meal times!
