Career at AHN includes starting as a Financial Analyst in a consultant role in planning, designing, and executing business plans. My role as a Business Forecasting Analyst was physician specific with compensation analysis, contractual adherence, and compensation plan revisions towards value-based incentives. My role as a Program Manager is to facilitate and lead programmatic development within the Medicine Institute in order to identify and create value and strategic plans between division lines and departments while ensuring the success of the care transformation project over the next two years-Worked with H.B. Maynard (now Accenture) and learned many lean processes as well as multiple industrial engineering practices including, but not limited to, time studies, 5-S, and value-added work emphasis -Worked as a training consultant with a senior level consultant for H.B. Maynard (now Accenture) for Toys-R-Us for an 8 week project that resulted in re-engineering their truck delivery system to produce a moderate amount of savings -Long term goal to eventually be a leader and integral part of a hospital management system with a high interest in operations and executive leadership.
