Since Chris began selling real estate in 1989 he has achieved the various designations including Broker of Record, AACI, CRA, SIOR. In 1997 Chris founded Kirwin & Associates, with offices in London & Kitchener providing commercial/industrial appraisals throughout SW Ontario. In 2005 Chris brought Colliers International to London, Ontario and focused solely on brokerage. More recently, Chris opened a Colliers Collingwood office in 2022.
