There is no law to say that you must have a Will, however if the worst were to happen and you do not have a Will, then your assets may be distributed according to the law rather than your individual wishes. No matter how complicated or simple your Will may be, we will work closely with you, listening carefully to your needs and wishes, and providing clear advice based on all of the information you give. We can arrange appointments at your home and are happy to see you on evenings or weekends. Phone appointments are also available for those who live outside the North-East of England.
