About Chris Lacey

I am privileged to be the fourth generation of the Lacey family to run the Group of Companies in the William Lacey Group. As great grandson of the founder, I can ensure that the values remain the same, and that an ethical and prudent approach to business guides the Company's decision making. Having completed a vast array of construction projects, our expertise is concentrated in building new homes of all tenures, to meet local needs and complement the built environment. Design and product performance, including the highest levels of the Code for Sustainable Homes, are particular fields where we aim to excel. We have an enviable track record in obtaining planning permission on challenging projects, and meeting the need for new homes in as sympathetic a manner as possible. Sensitive design and local need will take priority over density. Generous landscaping and soft streetscenes are hallmarks which are strongly influenced by my upbringing and time spent in rural environments. I continue to enjoy gardening, nature and flyfishing in wild places and wherever possible, dovetail this with family life.
