I love everything about Chester County. the rolling hills of Highland Township, to the wonderful wooded paths of Marsh Creek, the wonderful fall colors, the snow we get, the wonderfully rich culture and history that exists here, the people. everything! That is why my wife and four children love calling this place home. I have been a Residential Real Estate Expert and Realtor since 2006 and in 2010, my business partner and I, Caleb Knecht started the Chris & Caleb Real Estate Team with a vision of providing amazing service and making a difference in the lives of our clients and Communities. Fast forward to 2017, where the team and business we’ve created is selling more than 4 homes every week, being on track to help more than 200 families this year alone with their real estate needs. This growth has catapulted us into becoming one of the top real estate teams in Chester County. Our vision is to expand to other markets both locally and across the globe while helping our clients and team members build wealth. We are a highly responsible, relationally focused team of real estate professionals whose heart is to dramatically impact the lives of those around us, through real estate.
