About Chris Lan

I am a senior student at Miami University pursuing my bachelor’s degrees in information systems in Farmer School of Business and physics. I grew up in Guangzhou, China and decided to go to college in the U.S. to explore more experiences and expand my view. I have the experience of selecting and leading a sales team to boost the sales of a fashion studio to $1 million in a year. I have over five years of working experience in the fashion industry, I started a fashion studio as a co-founder in China in 2014. Due to the reasons for the industry’s financial cycle and potential risks, I made the decision to transform and upgrade the studio to an international trading company in 2015. My work has largely been on issues relating to negotiating with other business, resource management and making decisions as a fashion director in the business. As I consider myself a creative person as well as a risk-taker, I am passionate for all industries and I am seeking any opportunities about information system & business analytics in any industry. Challenges are always my motivation. You can contact me directly at lany2@miamioh.edu
