About Chris Leonard

Over ten years retail experience followed by three years in distribution and replication manufacturing, two years in digital video supply chain and then two years as operations manager. I am now looking for a new career with an interest in: Account Manager and Project Manager roles. I started in retail straight out of school and worked up to Store Manager level and learnt how to manage a team, plan projects, deliver sales and achieve operational targets. Seeking a change in career I joined Sony DADC at their distribution centre in Enfield where I went on to a new role dealing with distribution and disc replication. I then took advantage of an oppurtunity to work in a growing market moving to Sony DADC video supply chain. After three years a new opportunity came up allowing me the chance to learn a new role in a differnent company division of Sony DADC, New Media Solutions. I took on a new role to allow me to grow and face new challenges. Having expanded my skillset and finding success at dealing with the new challenge I was keen to try something new to learn more new skills and face new and different challenges. This took me to take a new role as Operations Manager at Titan Merchandise, responsible for overseeing the global manufacturing and product development of high quality licensed merchandise for global properties. Since 2017 I have worked for The Royal College of Surgeons of England. In this role I work closely with hundreds of external customers, supporting them through the first steps of our relationship and offering them support and guidance to help deliver great surgical courses. Personable and focused I enjoy new challenges, learning new skills and being given a problem to solve, working out the best way to maximise performance and deliver great results.
