A CPA Australia and CIMA (of UK) qualified finance professional I have demonstrated experiences in my previous roles in overseeing financial function for businesses, providing coverage across corporate reporting, financial management, statutory compliance, internal controls (SOX), budgetary control and overseas reporting to Sweden, USA, France and Japan. I have assumed commercial responsibilities in partnering with the executive management team, providing financial analysis, strategic insight and contributing in driving the financial performance of organisation. Specifically, I have involved in project analysis (office relocation, ERP system migration), giving financial inputs and coordinate the preparation of annual operation plans, managing profit and loss and balance sheet. Other key competencies include in ensuring all financial control, treasury and tax matters are handled in a timely manner with strict compliance to regulations of corporates and SOX requirements.
